Dr. Jason Kouri, MD
Doctor Kouri is a lover of people. He comes to us from a background of practicing urgent care and occupational medicine for the last seven years. He was the managing physician of an integrated care clinic in San Diego, CA. Prior to specializing in urgent care, he practiced family medicine for nine years in the US Navy at Camp Pendleton, CA and private practice on an Indian reservation in Temecula, CA. He, his wife, and five sons recently moved to Fort Worth, TX to grow the family and practice integrated functional medicine at our clinic. He welcomes new patients and looks forward to seeing you.
Dusty Meeks, FNP
Dusty is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages with special interest in sports medicine, pain management and neuropathic disorders.
Dusty Meeks received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. After working in Emergency medicine, flight nursing and cardiology he went back to school to earn his Master’s degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX.
Dusty believes that empowering his patients to be active participants in their own healthcare through education and a strong patient-provider relationship can lead to patients achieving their health goals. He feels that the provider’s role is to always provide support for the patient. Dusty focuses on disease prevention through health promotion. He emphasizes lifestyle modifications to enhance his patients’ overall quality of life. He believes that optimal health can be achieved by utilizing all that science has to offer – including both conventional and integrative medicine.
Dusty enjoys all types of sports and outdoor activities. Spending time with family and coaching his son in various sports. He lives in Ft. Worth with his wife, Sandy and son, Casen.
Dr. Carlos Vazquez, DC
Dr. Carlos Vazquez received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and attended Parker College of Chiropractic. He now practices in the Arlington area, where he has personally treated thousands of spine, joint and nerve related conditions. He regularly attends professional post-graduate seminars to remain current on the latest research and developments, as well as emerging treatment methods.

Dr. Jimmy Wu, DC
Dr. Jimmy Wu received his Doctorate of Chiropractic after graduating Magna Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College. In addition, he has a psychology degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Wu has been providing the highest quality chiropractic care to the Fort Worth and Arlington areas since 2009. Not only does he believe that naturally restoring function in the spine is the key to health, but he is also passionate about incorporating chiropractic practices and philosophies in an integrated medical environment to provide his patients with the best care possible. At Neuropathy & Pain Centers of Texas, Dr. Wu is able to accomplish this goal by working alongside nurse practitioners, medical doctors, nutritionists, and medical assistants to deliver an innovative approach to healthcare. Dr. Wu is certified in acupuncture, having passed the Acupuncture Examination administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Wu lives in Fort Worth with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys everything basketball, runs the occasional 5k during Thanksgivings, and spends as much time as he can with his family.
